The inside of my brain is lousy with blue monkeys and rocking chairs. I'm a fact-finder. A truth-teller. A music-fiend. An obsessive. A planner. A doer. I drink whiskey straight out of the bottle without flinching. Some days I might think I'm a bit better than you, but those days are few. Is it British? I'll love it.
There’s always a light at the end of the tunnel. I learned that there’s different stages of love. In life you have to appreciate what you have, and listen to your heart, and you’ll be fine. It’s important to not complicate things, and not be afraid of change.

The Last Few Days
- had a conversation with my supervisor about how we both agreed I was not a good fit for the position I was in
- cried a lot
- panicked a lot
- saw Loudon Wainwright III for the first time after loving him for going on 10 years
- had several good conversations about where I go from here
- saw my buddy Jared Bartman play
- packed, packed, packed while re-watching The Wire
- panicked s’more
I’m pretty sure this kid’s life was over immediately after this aired.
I will always laugh at this till tears stream down my face. Always.
